Around the Farm

What started out as a love for growing things and a gardening hobby gone wild has turned into a full-scale specialty crop farm and food processing businesses. But at the heart of everything we do is still a strong connection to the food we grow.

We believe in growing delicious food that feeds the body and nourishes the soul. The food we grow and make travels less the SEVEN miles to get from the field to the store where it can be purchased. We know that the fresher the produce the more nutritious it is,

We use season extenders on our farm to grow vegetables year-round. High tunnels and caterpillar tunnels are used to insulate crops from the cold. We can start summer crops earlier in the spring by using season extenders, and we often grow greens and root vegetables through the winter, depending on the year and the weather.
